Any of the Mega Food

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Any of the Mega Food products are by far my favorite supplements. I especially liked the Elderberry Immune Support Gummies. I have noticed that I do not have as much difficulty with allergies since I started taking the Elderberry Gummies. I have been taking Mega Food supplements for a number of years and they have certainly made a impact on my health.

These chews are soft and

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These chews are soft and the taste is mild. Elderberry has been great to keep my immunity boosted. Although they state that they may be taken on an empty stomach, they made me nauseous if I didn't take them with food.

Great . . gummy, I love

Great . . gummy, I love the fact that you also have ginger with your elderberry. A lot of other companies don't have it with ginger they usually mix multiple vitamins which people take multiple vitamins separately and then they eat their other companies elderberries that have multiple vitamins and they usually end up taking a little more than they really need.
