"Scooping" Is Worthless
"Scooping" is pointless. You'd have to remove all the foliage and the top few inches of dirt to get rid of the parasites, virus, bacteria and STENCH. And, I've not seen a dog owner yet who does anything to prevent urination -- and the resulting plant death and STENCH. They need to stay off other people's property 100%.
