Pleasantly surprised!

I didn't have high hopes for these tortillas since they are frozen, but I had no problem separating them from the others in the package. The texture is reminiscent of corn tortillas, so I was really afraid that it would fall to pieces, but I warmed it up in the microwave and it held together beautifully after I filled them with chicken fajita ingredients and filled it up.

I've been gluten-free for ten years and always unsuccessfully searching for an acceptable burrito wrap. I'll be searching no longer! These are pliable and easy to handle when heated in a dry skillet - perfect for rolling up a burrito - and crispy, crunchy when cooked in oil - resulting in just-right quesadillas. I'm so happy to have found these Siete Grain-Free Tortillas! :)

If you don't experience a perfect, stretchy and satisfying burrito, you're doing it wrong.

*YOU HAVE TO HEAT THEM UP FIRST PEOPLE* The directions are RIGHT THERE on the back! Yeah, of course if you use them straight out of the fridge they're gonna crack! These are perfect in every way. I dream about them. They make wraps and burritos possible for my family again. I can't wait until they're back in stock!!
