Great roasting pan

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was provided this roasting pan as a tester - it is AWESOME! For starters, it is a very good size. I didn't expect that. It has a solid feel so it feels comfortable even loaded up with veggies and a 5 pound chicken. The pan is pretty deep to so I didn't have to worry about my potatoes rolling out.

Easy to clean!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this a while back and only just got the chance to use it. I was a little concerned about food sticking to the pan so I sprayed it with olive oil first. It roasted my chicken beautifully and it was great to use. Nothing stuck and the pan and it was very easy to clean. Looking forward to seeing what else I can grill on it.

Good roasting pan for multiple uses

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received the Grill Roasting Pan 56055 as a "tester" from Napoleon and I was not disappointed. i roasted a vegetable melody with sausage and garlic butter which turned out perfect. The BBQ flavour was great which the family enjoyed. I wanted to see what else I could use the pan for and it turns out it made a great warming tray... i made kababs but my friends were running late, so I put the kababs into the roasting pan and used indirect heat to keep them warm... The kababs were still most and flavourful with the BBQ flavour still very much present. The only issue I would say, is to coat the pan with oil as the Vegetable Melody did stick to the bottom of the pan... but cleaning it was easy. I'll be trying other recipes to see what else this roasting pan can do!
