HP PAV 15 BLUE

Ryzen 5 4500u (15w) with AMD Vega 6 (2nd generation) is an excellent setup.It's even nicer in this laptop.Feels like it has roughly 250nits of brightness.1080 display is 60hz and supports v-sync.Maximum Ram capacity is 32gb ;) Don't stress that aspect,I promise your good there.Now if you want too play heavy,demanding titles than I recommend getting 32gb of ram,it's not needed, this 8gb is fine this is not a knock against this machine but folks,tech is tech and this has an integrated GPU,More ram is better.When I added 32gb of ram this laptop became an absolute MONSTER considering the price.When you add more ram, The operating system AUTOMATICALLY ALLOCATES SYSTEM RAM TO VIDEO MEMORY,My GPU Shared memory is 16.2gb and 16gb for the system and this thing flies through 1080/60fps hour long video exports in mere seconds.I couldn't believe it, This laptop SMOKES EVERYTHING IN THIS PRICE RANGE. Fortnite 60fps on high,120fps on medium, 144fps on low (medium as well but it's not stable,so at medium set it to 120fps. Warzone will get better after everything gets cached,so don't panic it takes a few games and a reset and the quality goes up. I set the laptop to 720 in its settings, Then in Warzone settings toggle on FULLSCREEN,Set resolution to 720. Turn on shadow cache (there's 2) Set textures too low(no benefit turning it off to the fps and it makes it ugly) Everything else is off for the most part. Expect 45-60fps with 45 being the low and 54 being the average. Valorant will run at 200 fps no problem. Call of duty black ops 2 90fps solid on 1080 high so if you love old cods this thing's AWESOME FOR THOSE. This laptop feels like a $1750 laptop from a year ago!!!!! And btw my Ram is cl16 but it only runs at 2666 and guess what? It's faster than it was so don't believe everything you read lol Much love too all my Gamers Reaper out :)

Computers are so unpredictable i hate to review them too soon. It has been about 5 or 6 years since I last bought a new laptop and they have changed so much since then. I hate that they no longer have the DVD drive but I have found I don't really need to use it as much. I love that this has the C drive port so I can charge my phone or connect it using that port or the USB. It was super easy to set up with Cortina interactively walking through the set up. The microphone picked up what I said without issues. I am overall pleased with this Windows 10 device at least for now until the next update lol.
