This is my first laptop computer. I love the blue color. The packaging it came in was very protective to the unit. Set up was so very clear and easy; follow the included written directions and then they actually talk you through the completion of installation. The whole process took only 10 minutes and I was up and ready to use the laptop. My laptop automatically connected to my wifi so that was no problem.The screen is very clear and colorful pictures. The speakers are good and easy to hear. The volume buttons are on the keyboard. It comes with Windows 10; 8 GB memory and a long battery life. I found that it turns on instantly when you open the front cover. The case is 9x14" closed and the weight is 3 lb. 11 oz. I would definitely recommend this laptop to my friends and family!

This review is for the HP Pavilion Laptop 15-EH0050WM Initial Setup - Unboxing the laptop was ridiculously easy, and after fully charging the laptop, I started Windows setup, which was rather quick too. Even after intial setup and completely getting up to date with Windows Update only 30% of the battery was used at that point, which I thought was rather good. Design - I enjoy most of the way this laptop was designed. I like that the anti slip / cooling raised sections are two long strips rather than four circles at the corners. I also think the touchpad has a satisfying click and the silver bezel is a nice touch. I would have preferred the speakers being on the top rather than the bottom, but it's not a deal breaker. Also, the hinge when the screen is closed is concave, and personally I think if it were rounded convex instead it would feel better while carrying the laptop, but that's a very minor complaint. The only real problem is there is no physical cover for the webcam, which in this day and age is a rather big oversight. Performance - This laptop is extremely quick. From pressing the power button to the Windows login screen takes only 11 seconds. I think the solid state hard drive definitely makes a world of difference in just how fast this laptop is. While I'm not sure how well new games run on this, I can confirm it runs just about every other kind of program blindingly quick. Also, the speaker performance is surprisingly good for a laptop. Lastly, I absolutely love how quickly this charges. Conclusion - It's really fast and charges just as quickly! So if you're looking for a business/school not gaming laptop, I think you'll be hard pressed to find a better value.
