still waiting for the right rug

I ordered three rugs, two 5x7 and one 8x10 all the same color. I received the two 5x7 the right color but the 8x10 was a different color. I did a return of the 8x10 and ordered a 9x12. When the 9x12 arrives it is the wrong color again. I am now waiting on the third rug, hopefully it will be the right color cause customer service, Jose, said he would fix it!!!
