This warranty covers the following components - the watch movement, hands and dial. It does not apply to normal wear and tear or abuse and excludes the battery as well as case, crystal and band deterioration resulting from accidents, negligence and tampering. In the event of a defect or malfunction covered under the warranty, your watch will be repaired or replaced at the option of the service center.Additional charges will be made if servicing is necessary for reasons beyond our control such as accident, misuse, neglect or replacement of parts not covered under the warranty such as battery, case, crystal, and strap.
