Water Aerobics Must Have

I initially thought these were weighted gloves to replace water weights during water aerobics but they are not weighted but it does help with the moves done under water, and grips the side of the pool excellent (no more wet slippery hands trying to keep a grip on the side of the pool doing flutter kicks and other moves during workouts) The gloves add more resistance to the weights because of the grip. I feel more of a productive water workout with these gloves.
