Too hard to install

EXTREMELY difficult to install. Once you get the brackets in (with their excessively long screws), the shade itself doesn't fit into the brackets. Now my shade looks really bad, and I'll have to hire an installer to come fix it. This was a replacement for another crappy shade that I bought six months ago. It broke (the pull-down feature had too much resistance and the blinds snapped in half and fell off the bottom). I wrote to that manufacturer with no response.
