Dissolves well in coffee, tastes good

Dissolves well in hot coffee, you have to be a bit patient and stir for a little, but it will all dissolve. It has no real notable flavor, but adds a creaminess. I can't say that I feel any huge energy boost, nor do I see any extended feeling of satiety.
