Servant leadership, as a post modern concept, reflecting the changing direction of leadership in the 21st century is getting increased attention in the ledership literature.Organizational justice and work engagement are some of the mostly encountered concepts at today's work place.This book presents an extensive literature on servant leadership, organizational justice and work engagement. Moreover, the results of a quantitative research on the application of servant leadership and its work outcomes within the context of Turkish business culture.
