Poor communication

Showed that it had been delivered and it had not. Called customer support and they said it should show up the best day. Never bought this item from the vender shown but Walmart was out of stock. Package did arrive next day from Amazon prime. Will not buy this one again, because it was more expensive and problems involved. Going back to my original Walmart order.
