I am overwhelmed by disappointment that I believed what Nuragold mentions about their gold products because what I got is far from what they say. I received my order 14 K yellow gold 7 mm Italy Figaro Link Bracelet Chain Lobster Clasp 7.5and in less than 2 months it turned a blackish-orange color around the clasp area. I made the claim I invested in priority mail and I sent it back to JP INC for repairs as indicated by Nuragold. I got another bracelet with order number 103542 and Item NG14YFGS150-7.5, but it again turned blackish-orange (tarnish-discolor) in the same area. But it happened again with another purchase. Under SKU NG10YFGS080-22, invoice 6042061275425. I got my 10K yellow 4mm solid figaro link chain pendant necklace unisex and in less than 2 months the tarnish faded in the clasp area and inside appeared again as my bracelet bought from Nuragold. I made my claim and got a rude and unfriendly response from providing better picture, even when I did my best to show the defective area. They never contacted me again. I have never seen that on a gold bracelet, but I never found an Italian-made engraving on my chain. I sorry for the day I realized Nuragold. Now, I just had to accept that I lost my money and learned my lesson. Never in my life have I had gold jewelry so flawed that it makes me doubt its reputation. You can draw your own conclusions.
