Verified Purchase

A total nightmare

I received my shipment with missing waterproof covers. I contacted the vendor and they advised covers were on their way - 3 weeks later and we have not received covers. I contacted the vendor again and now they're saying covers are out of stock. below is a copy and paste of their "escalated resolution": "unfortunately the covers for the loveseat are out of stock and we have no ETA of when it will be back. If you wish to receive compensation or return please contact Walmart directly" I contacted Walmart and they cannot offer compensation. I have an incomplete set. Due to the pandemic, we are going through I cannot go to my post office to purchase boxes to ship this item back. As I mentioned in my Title Review - This has been a nightmare. The patio set is nice and wish that whoever purchases this set next does not have the same experience I did and that they receive their full order.
