The SD Card for Professional is the toughest, most durable Memory Card to date. Under tests for durability, it is 10x tougher than Sony’s regular SD cards thanks to the use of special materials and double-welding injection manufacturing process. It is made to withstand up to 72 hours in room-temperature water at depths of 1.2m (exceeding IPX7 standards for waterproofing), dustproof to IP6X standards and drop up to 5m.
Compatible with Leading Pro Formats
The SD Card for Professional supports HD using AVCHD, HD using MPEG HD 422, 4K and HD recordings using XAVC-S format, as well as 4K and HD XAVC Long format.
Fast Transfer Speeds
The SD Card for Professional provides transfer speeds of up to 95MB/s (Read) and 90MB/s (Write) using the UHS-I SD interface.
Enhanced File Recovery Software
Sony’s free file rescue software supports the latest video format such as AVCHD, XAVC S and XAVC Long. It applies a special algorithm for a high rate of recovery of AVCHD/XAVC S.
