Ricardo Beverly Hills Monterey 2.0 (Lake Blue, Carry-On)

This replaces my 15 year old suitcase that was just like it. The old one was mishandled by airline baggage people repeatedly until the retractable handle couldn't stand the twisting of the handle for wielding the suitcase any more. ( I plan to tape the new retractable handle shut with blue painters tape so they don't open it and must use the real handle as it was designed to be used) I love the flexibility of having the suitor in the top of the suitcase, and if all the room isn't used for hanging clothes you can just use it in the main part of the suitcase. This makes the difference for me not needing a checked bag most of the time. My favorite suitcase ever! Totally worth not having 4 wheels to have the suitor in the top. I've seen too many people with a missing wheel (only 3 left) on their suitcase to want one anyway. I'm a travel warrior; a million miler on AA. This suitcase does it for me.

I love Ricardo Luggage and have been using it for over 15 years. The set I just purchased is the essentially the same as what I have and still use. The separate compartment for hanging clothes is really wonderful and a major factor when I look for luggage. My Ricardo luggage that is at least 15 years old is still perfect and it has been well used and has traveled to over five continents. I trust Ricardo luggage - oh the new color is amazing as well.
