I always look for this brand of vitamins first. The price is lower than other brands but I have never had any issues with their quality. I've been using them for years. They have a good variety of different vitamins and supplements. These vitamin C tablets are round and flat, fairly small and very easy to swallow.

I decided to try Vitamin C with Rose Hips after I read that vitamin C is also needed to make collagen and neurotransmitters, and it assists in the metabolism of protein.
