Will Not Allow Me To Return

My wife purchased this tree assuming it would fit in our home. Before it arrived i measured and realized it would not fit. The package arrived and i didnt even open it knowing i had to return it. I called customer service who told me it could NOT be returned. Its the only item on their site with zero return policy. I told them i would pay to ship it back myself as i have no use for it and that it was in the original packaging. They said no refund could be issued. Now i have a $1500 Amex bill and a 14 foot christmas tree in a box in my garage. Thanks guys.....great customer service.

ORDER WAS CANCELLED ON YOUR END, KNOW YOUR SYSTEM.. i SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO ENTER AN ORDER ONLINE IF YOU DONT HAVE STOCK
