A Knife Set For The Long Run
The Miyabi Kaizen II 7-pc Knife Set does not disappoint. The knives are easy to handle and satisfyingly sharp. The set has a basic complement of knives, from a paring knife to the awesome chef's. As the block will accommodate extras, I added the handy Satoku. The kitchen shears and conditioning steel are a bonus. Very happy with this purchase.

First off, the knives are absolutely beautiful. They seem very well made and heavy-in a good way. They have a great feel in your hand and cut very well. Seriously sharp knives. We've only had them for a few months now but we love them and have had zero issues. No regrets here.
