Do not take more than directed. Use only enclosed dosing cup designed for use with this product. Do not use any other dosing device. Take only one dose per day (24 hours). Adults and children 12 years and over: take 30 mL in the dosing cup provided at bedtime if needed or as directed by a doctor. Children under 12 years: do not use.

Just my opinion.
The taste is a bit bitter but other than that I love the product. I do admit though, you should probably not take this product every night. I have to take 60cc ( 2 med cups) each time because just 30cc does not work for me. I have been using this product for over a year and it works for me 95% of the time. There are a few times when it did not put me to sleep but most of the time this product does what it says it will do. I tried melatonin and it did not work at all so I tried this product and love it.
