Verified Purchase

The product was packaged appropriately for shipment to destination. Package arrived in good shape. The plants had obviously been in dry storage, showing wrinkling due to dehydration, loss of root hydration, and noticeable loss of scale structure. There was evidence of rough handling. Also damaged portions showing that the plants had been roughly handled which caused rot, and spongy sections on several of the bulbs. After inspection, product loss was approximately 10% to 15% by weight.
