Difficult to operate

I remodeled my bathroom and used all Kohler products. They are all great except the tub faucets and sprayer (where I use he diverter valve). They do not operate properly and I have had difficulty getting help from the local distributor. PDI is totally unresponsive.

50/50 chance

I installed 2 of these recently. One worked flawlessly the other didn't. So if you're a gambler go ahead and buy maybe you'll get the one that works.
