I got this because my cheaper one wasn't cutting it. This works great because it doesn't allow me to overextend my knee which causes me pain. My only complaint is that I have trouble getting it tight enough. I don't think that smaller women was taken into account when making so long but otherwise I have no complaints

Helped with my osteoarthritis pain!
I have been having trouble with my knee for quite some time. On a waiting list with Doc and got this to help in between. I can go outside and get my chores done, a little slower than normal, but with the brace the pain is tolerable. I can go for longer periods of up time which I am very grateful for!
