The best

I fell in love with this liquor when I first had it over 10 years ago at a trendy Georgetown restaurant in DC. The bartender mixed up a drink with St. Germain vodka and maybe a squeeze a lemon juice in club soda. It was so delightful and refreshing. I immediately searched out this occur and bought it and I’ve always tried cocktails that are made with it. It is slightly sweet, but floral it goes very well with vodka and gin drinks. I don’t drink the brown liquor so I don’t know how it mixes with that.

Delicious and versatile! Desserts, cocktails.. del

Delicious flavour, really spring-like. I worked in a gastronomical restaurant for years and one of my best dessert was a soufflé with Saint-Germain. Favourites dessert of the customers! The core flavour is obviously a really sweet and delicate elderflower. You can taste a delicate flavour of lychee and pear. Love the texture too. Kind of silky and honeyed with a citrusy finish. Not too strong in alcohol as it’s a liqueur, not too acid either. Also easy to mix it to make it a cocktail. My personal favourite is an elderflower negroni (use Gin + Lillet Blanc + Saint Germain instead of Gin + Campari + Red Vermouth). Try it, I promise you won’t regret it !

On repeat

Hands down the best elderflower liqueur I've ever had! It's a great addition to cocktails. I love the that it doesn't over power the cocktails but enhance ls it
