Lighter than my old xl12. Runs great and pulls the 20 inch bar very nicely I'm 72 years old and I can handle this cs 590 I own four other Echos some 30 years old. Hehehe. Pull the rope three times and start cutting. Yes sir I really like my echo products.

A great Echo chainsaw. The Timber Wolfe

The Echo Timber Wolfe chainsaw is a fantastic chainsaw. It has great power and chain speed. The saw would have worked for me, but my 72 year shoulders could not lift it for use. I returned it unused and still in the box. Thanks for understanding my problem.

CS-590 chain saw

I found it at a reasonable price, it has a longer warranty than its competitors, abundant supply of parts etc. available. It can be a bit of a challenge to start when cold, but follow the recommended steps and you'll get it going. Once running it is a beast, big upgrade from my smaller 18 inch unit. I hope to never have to replace it. Might later buy a longer bar and chain, it think its good up to 36 inches.
