I am 5'8 136 lbs, have always worn a Medium in TB Tankinis, have several of them. This little gem however, I could hardly put on...it was actually pretty funny trying to take it off : - ) I found it to run quite snug. Exchanged it for a Large. Get it, you'll love it!
