Poor QA Department

I received the fist shipment missing the 3 metal plates. Contacted the vendor, replacement parts were not available, either refund or replacement of screen offered. We decided to have it replaced, off to UPS for the return. About 2 weeks later, we received the replacement, this shipment we were missing a screw and nuts and noticed 3 indents in the metal part holding the screen. Otherwise it appears the screen is nice, not sure how it will hold up, that will be determined in the future. Waiting for another response. They are responding from another country, they are quick in their responses, Quality Assurance Department is lacking.
