A very effective skin cream

I received an 8oz jar of “Seven Minerals MAGNESIUM Cocoa Butter Cream with Natural Vitamin E.” As I grow older I have been dealing with very dry skin. The most troublesome area recently has been the dry, flaky skin on my legs. The problem was so bad I didn't even want my wife to see it. Towards the end of the day my socks were covered with little white particles of dry skin. I would carefully take my socks off and head outside to shake them off. I know that sounds silly, but to me it was definitely an issue even to the point of being gross. I have tried other lotions but with limited and short term success. I recommend “Seven Minerals” lotion for anyone who is suffering from very dry, flaky skin. The producer of the product claims that the ingredients are all natural and 100% gluten free. In addition, the transdermal magnesium chloride absorbs more effectively than magnesium sulfates and provides a number of benefits including reducing stretch marks, managing insomnia, calming nerves and soothing nocturnal leg cramps. There is more information available on-line. The only issue I have with the lotion is what probably makes it so effective, and that is that it is oily and at the beginning I used my bare hands to apply it. But it didn't take me long notice oily fingerprints on my phone and tablet. So I began wearing (and re-using) disposable gloves to apply the lotion to my legs and other areas that seemed dry and that solved that problem. Also, when you open the jar you will see little white beads mixed in with the lotion. However, as you apply the lotion these work into the cream and into the skin. I do like the lotion and appreciate that it is natural, without artificial fragrances, and preservatives. I try to use it at least once a day, although it is recommended to apply it in the morning and evening as needed. I will say that I no longer have embarrassing flakes of skin on my black socks. (Yay!) I have also been applying it to my arms and noticed my “old man” skin looks softer and smoother than it has for some time. So yes, I do recommend The Seven Minerals magnesium cocoa better cream with natural vitamin E.

The title says it all!

I was very skeptical, but thought "what the heck... I'll try it" and I'm so glad I did. The title really says it all. It's natural magnesium cream and it does calm leg cramps. I didn't realize how important magnesium was until I did a little research. I didn't think I would like a "butter" because I thought it would be too greasy and leave stains so I was very careful in the beginning not to wear anything that would be harmed, but I haven't had any problems so far. Also, I've noticed my dry, crepey skin has really improved since I started using it. So happy to use something natural instead of the other pain relievers that have so much junk in them.

Organic and an excellent alternative medicine.

I definitely recommend. This is an excellent alternative to taking medication to pain. It instantly works, and it is great for rapid relief. I use aftet workout, or when i am sitting for a long period of time. I absolutely reccomend and will buy more in the future.
