Package Not Received and Frustrated!

I will update my review once this issue is resolved. I was initially excited to purchase my wig from your company, but the delivery process has been highly problematic. You chose USPS as the carrier, and I received multiple notifications of delays. My home attendant and I then visited Walmart in Queens for household items, during which time I received a notification that USPS would attempt another delivery. However, upon returning to my apartment on December 5th, 2024, I was notified by Walmart.com that the package had been delivered. Both my home attendant and I thoroughly checked the lobby and the area in front of my apartment door, but the package was not there. This is an unprecedented experience, as I have never had such issues with any other vendor on Walmart.com. As a legal advisor, I had planned to wear the wig for an important event on December 9th, 2024. Given the uncertainty surrounding the delivery, I am now unsure if I will be able to meet this deadline. Consequently, I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge. Resolution: I respectfully request that you expedite the delivery via priority shipping at no additional cost, ensuring the product arrives by December 9th, 2024. If this cannot be done, I expect an immediate refund of the full amount
