The only difficulty I ran into was installation of Microsoft Office -- but that could have been user error (my fault). I read some reviews about slow start up, noisy fan, vibrating screen, I've experienced none of those and absolutely LOVE my new laptop.

The 96-Watt-Hr battery keeps all this running even with its 4k UHD screen. Love everything about it! Paired with the G2 Thunderbolt dock, this is a blessing to use.
