GREAT ITEM FOR OUR BUS LOCATION, BUT WHENTHE WIND GETS BLOWING REALLY GOOD, THE WHEELS FALL OFF THE FRONT AND THE CAPS THAT HOLD THE WHEELS ON FALL OFF. WE HAD TO GLUE THEM ON TO STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING.
