Great alternative to raw coconut oil
I got this to take for a candida overgrowth because just eating a tablespoon of coconut oil by itself made my stomach hurt. This doesn't make my stomach hurt, I don't burp from it, and do not seem to have any adverse effects from it. The capsule is big but goes down fine with water. I got my dad taking them for gut health too.
