Great for the price

It does what it says it will. The bluetooth pairing works great. I can read a text message on the bracelet screen and see who's calling without having to look at my phone that is useally in my pocket or purse while out or on my desk at home. But you do not need to have a smart phone to use this tracker. The touch screen shows what you need to use this to keep up with steps and calories burned. The free app can be linked to GoogleFit witch I use for daily walks to track areas walked and mileage. The free app is also a great way to keep track of how well you sleep or don't sleep. I can easily charge it every 3 or days while sitting at my desk on the laptop.

Nice for the price

For not much more than twenty bucks, this fitness tracker works great. I use it for sleep tracking, time and notifications on my phone mostly, but it is also fun to see how many steps I take a day. I have been using it a week and I haven't needed to charge it yet. I really like it.

Inexpensive... basic functions... great for price

First off, I bought this because it was $22 not $50 or even $100 -- I don't care that much what numbers say about my fitness activities but wanted to compared with my wife. DETAILS: Comes with really poor directions/instructions -- that will frustrate non-techies. You need to download the app to your phone. The application is 2-star at best and seriously needs improvement but it does sync with the fitness band. Tracks steps and activities, calories burned primarily and sync with app. Nice feature of the app is the sleep tracking but not sure of accuracy of that part. One time I had run on treadmill because raining and I had 4900 "steps" and it quit raining hard so I went to complete my exercise with 15 minute run. I looked at the fitness band at my midpoint and the fitness band said I had 1200 steps! Where did my other 4900 go? Never figured it out and it hasn't done it since -- but my wife's FitBit tracker did that on her too. Anyway, I'm quite happy with my $22 fitness band. Also -- battery lasts 2-3 weeks the way I use it. If you use GPS tracking it apparently eats power fast but I have not used GPS. To charge the batter, your really have to contort the band to get the USB "male" to pop out but it works. I get texts on the fitness band if my phone is kinda close.
