This Pool Above patch kit includes a glue kit and eight 3 inch heavy duty vinyl circles in your choice of color. The glue kit includes two complimentary 9.5cm x 20cm clear vinyl sheets along with 1 fl oz. (30ml) tube of vinyl cement and applicator. Please follow the instructions and watch the video for the best possible hold. Recommended age 14+ Application instructions:
Clean all surfaces to be patched thoroughly using a vinyl surface cleaner. Cut the patch larger than the area to be patched. Cut the patch with rounded corners to prevent peeling.
Light gauge vinyl & inflatable pools: Apply the adhesive sparingly to patch, covering it evenly all over.
Heavy gauge vinyl & pool liners: Apply the adhesive liberally to patch, covering it evenly all over.
Out of the water: Apply patch to cover damaged area being sure to press out all air bubbles. If possible, apply weight to the patch and allow 24 hours to reach full bond strength.
Under water: keep patch folded onto itself over the area to be repaired, then unfold patch and apply immediately. Carefully press out all air bubbles. If possible, apply weight to the patch and allow 24 hours to reach full bond strength.
Tip: If your damaged area is on a seam, add an additional bead of glue to the seam before applying the patch.
