The necklace looks great and was a big hit with the person who received it as a gift. I did not realize the necklace was custom made to order, so the estimated shipping time was long than I expected. I asked customer service if they could rush the order, and they politely said they would try, but could not guarantee it because of the made to order nature of the product. While they could not get it here faster, it still arrived when they originally said it would. All in all it was a good experience. I do wish companies would not bombard you with emails and ads after you buy something, though. It is easy to turn off, so that doesn't affect my review, but one quick way to turn me off of a company is to spam my email with multiple emails per day or even daily emails. Once a month or every other week is plenty! Daily emails do not have the desired affect that any company wants, and I think most people agree. Stop spamming me after I buy something!!!
