Thermacare HeatWraps are the Best!

I am a huge fan of these. If I have a slight muscle ache or a big pull, Thermacare wraps do the trick. The velcro tabs adjust so if I need to wrap my hips or the small of my back it still fits. The package states that it provides 8 hours of heat but it really is more like 12 .
