Warranty information
RAZR Ice Augers warrants your auger free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of three years from the date of original purchase by the first retail consumer for consumer use or for a period of 90 days by a commercial end user for commercial use. Battery warranty is two years for consumer use, and 90 days for commercial use. “Consumer use” means personal recreational use by an individual consumer. “Commercial use” means all other uses including commercial, incoming producing or rental purposes such as guide services, resort use, etc. For the warranty to be valid, this product must be registered with RAZR Ice Augers within 30 days of initial purchase. This warranty does not apply if this product has been used in application not intended or subject to none compliance with these operating instructions, negligence of essential maintenance and repair work, unauthorized service work or repairs with unauthorized parts; nor does it apply to normal wear and tear. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAZR Ice Augers disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied. In no event, shall Vista International be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, special, incidental, or consequential or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or any other pecuniary loss) arising from the use of or inability to use this product, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages. In any case, RAZR Ice Augers entire liability under any provision of this warranty shall only be limited to the amount paid by the first consumer or by the first commercial end user of this product.
