I now love to cook
I had a 4 burner gas stove top but wanted 6 burners and we came across the Thor brand. I love to cook now. There is plenty of room to cook a complete meal. The different sizes / btu's makes it easy to cook at the right temperature. I can cook something and then move it to a different burner to simmer. I wish I would have had this before. And the lighted knobs are brilliant!

30" gas cooktop
I bought this gas cooktop back in mid November to replace a 20 yr. old GE top of the line cooktop that still worked but had seen better days. I love the new cooktop. Not thrilled that it is stainless steel, but I finally found a cleaner that works well! The cooktop itself works great. The 18K burner I love especially when you have to boil a big big pot of water, it takes almost 10 mins. off cook time. I couldn't be happier with it. I know some have complained no simmer burner, but I found that is not a problem. I had a simmer burner on my last cooktop, and I found it took a lot longer cook time to use that burner, so I have no complaints. Love love the new cooktop especially the grates which allow me to tranfer a pot to another burner without lifting the pot. That's a god send!

Excellent cooktop
We bought this after frigidaire gallery cooktop with glass top EXPLODED ACROSS THE KITCHEN of out new house. To replace we decided on the THOR TGC3601. Love the look, the price, the features. So far. Extremely happy with our decision! Hoping to add the griddle attachment next!
