Almost prefect for my requirements.

I spent quite a bit of time researching the best option for my shop sink, which was prewired with 10-gauge wire and only had a 30-amp double-pole breaker available. This unit, with its 1.7 gallons-per-minute flow rate, turned out to be the best fit for my setup. I decided not to use a flow-restrictor nozzle because I didn't want to affect the cold water flow. Instead, I control the flow manually by adjusting how much water I allow through. My only complaint is that I wish the unit had an inline restrictor built in for the hot water path only. After some research, I realized I could probably make one myself, but it wouldn't be easy—and as far as I can tell, there isn't a ready-made solution for exactly what I need.

Works great!!

I bought this a month ago and it does everything it's supposed to do. It was for a 1-2 bath home—I have 2 full baths. It provides hot water immediately. I've had no issues so far. I bought this one because of the 5-star reviews. The other brands had bad reviews. I was replacing a 13 yr old tankless water heater that had died.
