Yale YRD226HA2605 Assure Touchscreen Deadbolt with ZigBee Bright Brass Finish

I bought this product because it said it works with an Alexa Echo device. Well, let me tell you how difficult it was to figure out how to set it up. Nowhere in the packaging instructions or tech support (call) does it give you any walk through. I thought maybe they sent the wrong one. After hours of tech support calls with Yale and Alexa support I was at a dead end. I continued to search online and finally found some information. You DO NOT want to select the locks > Yale option in Alexa. You want to search for “Other” and be sure your lock is in network mode. Once I found this, it was set up with Alexa in seconds. Yale support had no clue what to do. Was not thrilled with support. Otherwise I am thrilled with the smart lock and have had no other issues.
