Great source for B5
I was looking to take up to 10g of pantothenic acid (B5) and very few places have this product available @ 500mg a pill. I've tried others and these were much better because they were encapsulated smaller and easier to swallow. I took these to reduce oil production which it did to a degree. I recommend taking these only if you take additional vitamin B complex supplements.

Great Value! Even Better Quality!
Don't be mistaken by the cost of these vitamins which are almost more expensive it local retail stores. Buying online for years now, I've found Swanson's B5 vitamins to be the best in terms of effectiveness for long terms use. Just be sure to take a B multi-vitamin in addition to your daily b5 intake. Great for boosting your metabolism, creating that much needed energy, and keeping your body on task!
