Great source for B5
I was looking to take up to 10g of pantothenic acid (B5) and very few places have this product available @ 500mg a pill. I've tried others and these were much better because they were encapsulated smaller and easier to swallow. I took these to reduce oil production which it did to a degree. I recommend taking these only if you take additional vitamin B complex supplements.

If I don't have Pantothenic Acid I can't get through stress!I have tried other brands, but they added MORE stress because there were other ingredients that my body couldn't process correctly so I was up at night. This Swanson brand has simple ingredients, and the d-calcium pantothenate is the best form of pantothenic acid for me. I find that I have more energy during the day and I sleep better at night.
