Stop Use Indications
Stop use and ask a doctor if pain, cough, or nasal congestion gets worse or lasts more than 7 days. Stop use and ask a doctor if nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occurs. Stop use if fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days, redness or swelling is present, new symptoms occur, or if cough comes back or occurs with rash or headache that lasts. These could be signs of a serious condition.

Dosage
Do not take more than directed. Do not take more than 4 doses in 24 hours. Adults and children 12 years and over: take 2 softgels with water every 4 hours. Children under 12 years: do not use.
Instructions
Swallow softgels whole; do not crush, chew, or dissolve. When using other Daytime or Nighttime products, carefully read each label to ensure correct dosing. Ask a doctor before use if you have liver disease, diabetes, heart disease, thyroid disease, high blood pressure, trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland, persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma, or emphysema, or if you have a cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus). Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking the blood thinning drug warfarin. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use with any other drug containing Acetaminophen. Do not use if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric, or emotional conditions, or Parkinson’s disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug.

Helped with cold symptoms just like brand name. Please note each capsule has 350mg of acetaminophen (Tylenol). So if you are taking 2 capsules which are wrapped individually together, you are getting 700mg of acetaminophen (Tylenol) DO NOT TAKE ADDITIONAL ACETAMINOPHEN WITH THIS PRODUCT.

I like finding the daytime only packs. Usually cold medicine is mixed with nighttime tablets too. Having all 24 pills the same purpose is nice. I wish they could formulate cold medicine to be in a smaller tablet size for swallowing. I'm a generic girlie through and through so love the discounted price you get on these versus the competitor.
