Honesty about a supplement
I'm a natropathic. so i use alternative methods of treatments. I don't take prescription medications. Before using any herbal supplement a person would need to consult his/her physician because of possible issues. This supplement is time release which works great for me. I started taking Scullcap when I blew out my back and sustained sciatic nerve damage. It healed the nerve damage for me. It works for me but not necessarily for everyone.
