This works great! Used it for about a week and half and I can feel the difference. Recommend this to all my family and friends who are in need of a supplement. It helps me concentre and I feel more present for all my meetings. Highly effective and no negative side effects.

I was skeptical to try a vitamin promoted as brain food and formulated with magnesium and lithium, but wanted to find something to help me be more alert on my low-sleep days. I first smelled the contents and found the capsules to be odorless (and tasteless). The size is not too big and I had no issue swallowing them. After using them a few weeks, I feel more alert, whether at home or in the car driving. I am pleased by this, and despite the low sleep I didn't feel extra tired. I still had some caffeine during the day, but no more than days when I sleep longer. I did not feel these interfered with my sleep - as I had no issues going to sleep when I was ready - I just had to complete some tasks first. I choose to use these mainly when I don't sleep enough hours to and give me a boost without having to intake [extra] caffeine for stimulation.
