To use: Lift top flap of pouch and unfold pad. Peel pad away from pouch and press into panties, keep pouch for disposal. Remove the wings wrapper from the center of the pad. Wrap wings around sides and attach by pressing underside of panties. Do not flush. Do not flush, Latex. Open here.
