Delta Stryke diverter

I found the same issues as everyone else as far as the diverter piece, being hard to lift and water spitting out from the spout. What we did find is that if we lifted the diverter all the way up and held it up before turning on the water, it worked perfectly. I'm glad that we solve this issue before buying a new one.

Poor and flimsy diverter

Same issue as everyone else, it does not do a good job of diverting with a chunk leaking back from the spout. Sadly, after 5 years of difficult use and living with it, few months ago the top cap of the diverter broke. Now, we have to use a plier to lift up the diverter pin to be able to use the shower. For something as expensive very disappointed with the design and quality.

Diverter feels flimsy

I liked the idea of not having a knob diverter, and this design looked very sleek. However, what the other reviewers are saying is true: the diverter is flimsy, you feel like you're going to break it, and water does not effortlessly divert. The only jerry-rig solution I have found was to turn off the water, hold the diverter up to divert to the shower, and then turn on the water again to avoid the extra pressure and water spraying all over. Same thing to divert back to tub spout. Kind of frustrating to have to do this trick for a new faucet. We may replace...
