The JacobsParts Latching Maintained Pushbutton ON/OFF Switch Black Metal with Green Power Symbol LED is suitable for a 5/8" (16mm) diameter panel cutout hole. It can be used in a variety of applications including cars, motorcycles, boats, computers, LEDs, and electronics projects. Featuring a protection rating of IP67 waterproof, this switch can withstand heavy rain and splashes without damage. The switch and LED are separate, allowing the LED to be on all the time or only when the switch is ON, based on wiring configuration. The switch is easy to install by cutting a 5/8" mounting hole and securing the threaded neck of the switch with the included metal nut and optional rubber O-ring for extra water resistance. The switch operates in latching mode (push it ON, push it again OFF). It has a max switch rating of 250V AC/DC 3A and the LED is rated at 12V DC 15mA. The switch features 1NO1NC circuit type (one pair of normally open and one pair of normally closed contacts) and is constructed of aluminum zinc alloy. The operational temperature range is -20C to 55C.
