I just put this down in front of my house where the sun doesn't shine that much. I was pleasantly surprised at how much was in the bag it covered a very large area. I am excited to see the results and was happy that it did not have a strong odor like the kind I used before. I will be getting more of this for my mothers house.

Now, we are talking about grass seed so this doesn't happen overnight. My backyard does not get much light and is really hard to grow grass in. This seed is really nice because the seed has everything built into it fertilizer and all. I think the key here is prep and water lots of it. First, I had to rough of the ground then lay the seed and work it in. I went one extra step and put some hay on it to keep the birds away. Then, it was time for water once in the morning and once in the evening. Like I said, it is a work in progress it takes time. I think we are on the right track for some beautiful grass. I think my favorite part of planting this grass seed was the one step application. Pennington took the time to put the science in the seed to make it easier on us. I love that! I can handle watering. I can't wait to see the end product. I put some pic below this is 2 weeks after planting.
