SkiL-Care Air Lock Cushion - This soft pre-inflated vinyl cushion makes any wheelchair seat moe comfortable while providing pressure relief and redistribution. The cushion provides decubitus prevention and comfort. Pressure-relieving air flotation surface. The cushion comes pre-inflated and is easy to inflate or deflate. Made of wipe-clean, double heat seal for extended life. An optional Low-Shear II wipe-clean outer cover reduces skin damaging friction. Comes with safety straps and can be used under any temperature conditions. No valves to interfere with pressure relief. Vinyl meets flammability requirements of CA 117.

Walmart is running a scam with these cushions. I have ordered three cushions each from different suppliers and manufacturers of this type. The first one made it to my address but it only last three months before the hole around the valve became enlarged so badly the valve popped out and it refused to hold air. The other two of them of this variety I tried to order at different times for replacements never made it to my address. One was mailed to the wrong address after taking over 10 days to deliver and the other was cancelled after an hour or so due to it being a possible case of fraud....which walmart never did explain adequately...just saying that sometimes a purchase by a normal consumer may be marked as a threat and the purchase cancelled. I dont purchase medical support items just to spend money usually it is for some benefit of myself or a family member.
