Since my Cleanse, I started to put the good probiotics so it will be beneficial to my Gut as there must have been a problem that wa causing my inflammation although I ate well. There must have been a problem, so I enhanced the Gut so the problem will be relieved. So far I am feeling optimum with it. I am also taking other good nutrients as well to help the body.
